FAQ – Legal protection insurance

We offer individual insurance and family insurance. Individual insurance only covers you, the policyholder. If you purchase family insurance, it will provide protection for everyone living in the same household as the policyholder. 

Our legal protection insurance offers comprehensive protection for legal disputes, which can happen at any time, even with the best of intentions.

Please send a copy of the death certificate by e-mail to info.rvg@fortuna.ch or post to:

We will terminate the policy with effect from the day following the date of death. Any premiums that have been paid will be reimbursed. Please include bank account details when sending us the death certificate.

The legal protection insurance only covers persons resident in Switzerland. Please send us a copy of your certificate of departure by e-mail to info.rvg@fortuna.ch or post to:

We will terminate the policy with effect from the departure date. Your legal protection insurance ceases to be valid from that point. Any premiums that have been paid will be reimbursed. Please include bank account details when sending us the certificate of departure.
