How we collect customer reviews
We set great store by offering services that are perfectly aligned to your needs. This is why we ask our customers to rate their experience of our customer and insurance services in an online survey. They can rate us on a scale of 0 to 10 and submit feedback. We convert this rating into the established five-star scale. Our customers can decide for themselves whether or not they are happy for us to publish their ratings and feedback on this page.

Which customer reviews we publish
We regularly select customer feedback at random and publish it unedited as and when it comes in. That said, we do not tolerate disrespect, advertising, people or place names or other content that violates our netiquette policy.
