Balancing family and career

Childcare

Our two main locations in Adliswil and Nyon have a crèche where our employees’ children can be looked after on site from the age of three months until they start pre-school. Their parents benefit from subsidised fees.

Unpaid leave

Life can give rise to situations where you need a bit more time away from work. This is why you can take up to two weeks of unpaid leave every year from your second year of employment onwards. Plus, every three years, you can take a continuous period of unpaid leave lasting up to two calendar months.

Parental leave

We pay 100% of your salary for 14 weeks of maternity leave. Non-biological fathers and mothers are also entitled to ten days of paid parental leave.
