As a responsible citizen, we give back to society. This is why we advocate for equal opportunities at Generali, worldwide. In Switzerland, we do so through our foundation, The Human Safety Net Switzerland. The purpose of this literal safety network is to help vulnerable people to create better lives for themselves. The work we do through THSN contributes to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Empowering partners and employees

We believe in creating lasting partnerships and support our partner organisations by sharing our premises, expertise and volunteering our time with them. Under our volunteering programme, our employees are entitled to use up to two of their working days a year to support vulnerable families or refugees as they work to achieve their potential.
